North Mymms Park is located in Hertfordshire, approximately 20 minutes from London by train and minutes away from the M25 (Junction 23) and A1 (Junction 3).

Children are welcome at North Mymms Park providing they have a responsible adult accompanying them at all times. Yes, we have baby changing facilities available on-site.

No dogs are allowed within the estate with the exception of guide dogs, please contact our events team to enquire about any other animals.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) are strictly not allowed in any of the buildings.

Yes, we have free WIFI available on-site. We encourage our guests to share photos and memories from the event on social media using #northmymmspark for a chance to be featured!

Yes, a sound limiting device will be set at 95 decibels, please make sure your contractors are aware of this and they can agree to play within this level. Acoustic music is permitted outside until 8pm but amplified music is not allowed outside.

For peace of mind, we would recommend you take out your own wedding insurance. All suppliers and contractors are required to have public liability insurance in place.

North Mymms Park is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests in either The Long Gallery or externally in The Loggia.

If you wish to have a civil ceremony at North Mymms Park, you will need to book a registrar. Please contact the Hertfordshire registration office on 0300 123 4045 or email: [email protected]. Opening Hours are: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.
Important note: If you are planning a religious and civil ceremony on the same day, please note the civil ceremony must take place before the religious ceremony. If this isn’t possible, they must take place in separate rooms.

Yes, there is an additional fee to hold a civil ceremony. The Civil Ceremony usually takes 30 minutes.

Yes, to help assist you with your event, we will supply a Duty Manager who will be able to help with all of your caterer and supplier needs but your caterer should provide an event manager on the day. We also supply a security officer and car parking attendants.

North Mymms Park works with three British Cuisine caterers exclusively, details can be provided upon request.

You can use your own preferred caterer for Asian or other ethnic catering. This will need to be done via prior arrangement providing they meet our compliance criteria as mentioned below:

  • Health & Hygiene Certificates
  • A hygiene rating of 4* or above
  • Public Liability Insurance of £5m

Please note that only registered companies are permitted and must undertake a full briefing and risk assessment.

Yes, providing your chosen suppliers have the relevant Public Liability Insurance of £5m and PAT test certificates for all their equipment and this is submitted to North Mymms Park. We advise you confirm this prior to hiring a decorator.

Mandaps are permitted, however they must be free standing. Please ensure that no items are fixed to the floors, walls, ceilings, columns or fixtures and fittings of the venue.

We allow DJ’s and bands providing they have the relevant public liability insurance of £5m and PAT test certificates for all their equipment which will need to be submitted to North Mymms Park in advance.

Drones can be used providing the pilot has the relevant Public Liability Insurance of 5m and pilot licence.

Unfortunately not, candles with naked flames are not permitted within the estate except for a Mandap Ceremony where a Havan flame is allowed. (Please note this must be confirmed via prior arrangement). LED flicker candles are permitted.

Only rose petals are permitted in the gardens.

North Mymms Park is licensed between the hours of 11am to 12am.


We have 27 bedrooms in The Stables and a full cooked English breakfast is available for all staying guests overnight. Breakfast is served at 9am.

Guests can check in from 3pm and check out time is 11am.
